Surely you know what it looks like beaded fabric woven on a special machine. A strip of beads which are arranged as cells on a chess Board. Woven fabric can be simulated using one simple technique. Using this technique we will make a keychain here:
First you need to determine the size of the product, find or draw a suitable pattern. My keychain turned out the size of a matchbox. Here is a diagram, for which I did the keychain:
And here is a blank picture. Create your own pattern if you don't like the one I suggested. To do this, use any graphic program (photoshop, paint). Open the drawing in the program, select the fill tool, select a color and paint cells.
It is important that the beads were the same size, then the product will be smooth. So, you have a diagram of the required beads and tools. Go to the weave.
Leave a tail of thread approximately 20 centimeters. Type in the thread the beads for the first row according to the pattern. Then enter one bead for the next row. Slide the thread into the last bead of the first row, and then back to the first bead of the second row. Enter another bead for the second row and thread the needle in the penultimate bead of the first row, and then again a second bead of the new row. Continue to weave according to the scheme:
When you're done making the product, make a loop in the corner of a keychain 7-10 beads and fasten all the threads. Thread the loop through the chain. Keychain ready!
You can weave the second half of the same size. The drawing can be made the same as for the first half, and another, and then from different sides of key chain will look different. Sew the two halves. The "double" key FOB will be tougher.
