The purpose of the circle: introduces students to the cultural heritage of the people, acquaintance with national and regional traditions, the development of cultural and creative potential, nurturing love and understanding of folk art.
Tasks: exploration of the cultural experience of the Belarusian artists; the study of beadwork; acquaintance with traditions of Vetka school of embroidery; obtaining of practical skills, applying them in creative activities.
Relevance: activities in a mug is creative and exploratory, which is especially important as it stimulates the students ' interest in folk decorative-applied art, fosters initiative, independence, broaden horizons, allows you to apply new learning. Students work with literature, pictures, looking for information on this type of decorative art. In the future, they develop their own sketches for their artwork, choose colors, working on a song. As a result of using ancient art of beadwork, working on color and composition, students circle will be able to create independent works that have artistic value. The group operates in two directions: the study of folk traditions in beadwork and the creation of contemporary artistic and utilitarian products.
In the circle are different forms of work: group, individual, guided tours in the museums of folk art to familiarize with works of craftsmen, development of artistic taste of students. The program is designed for 7 – 8 classes. Training period – 1 year, classes are held 2 hours a week.
