Dry felting

This method is also referred to as feliziani (eng. felting, it. filzen). It involves the mixing of wool fibres with the help of filialei needle, which is special made at a slight slant When the needle passes through the layer of wool, it drags caught in notches hairs. It is easy to imagine that repeated puncture of the cotton fibers intertwine in the required manner and get felted product.

The felting by use for printing on fabric, and especially this way is irreplaceable for creation of felt products of complex shape, such as toys.
