Stand for tableware

Wicker stand for dishes are relatively simple to manufacture and at the same time, you will find the application home. Before proceeding to the manufacture of more complex products, weave three or four coasters.

Stand medium size
You will need:
8 bars with a length of 200 mm for the frame;
32 rod length 300 mm for edges;
thin rods for weaving.

With an awl pierce the four bars for the frame in the middle and insert into the holes the remaining four bars to make a cross (figure 1). To make it easier to insert the rods, without removing the awl from the hole (figure 2). One thin wire fold, somewhat retreating from the middle, around one of the beams of the cross. You get two bars — one right and the other left (figure 3). Appetite the d-pad twice (i.e. so that it made two turns around its axis) by the method of "twisting". The left rod should pass over the right. In the beginning of the third series of netting split each crossbar d-pad on a pair of rods (figure 5). In the process of weaving your fingers hold the bars in this position. Thus making an even three rows, divide crosses on singles bars and continue to weave until the diameter of the stand will not be equal to 100 mm. Insert the third rod next to the right gap between the posts and continue weaving method "a string" (figure 7). The beginning of the third rod tie a ribbon to mark the place where it will be "transition". Make six rows of "rope", not forgetting "transitions" at the end of each row. Finish the weave (figure 8). Trim all the ends of the rods flush with the surface of the base. Also cut off the protruding ends of the uprights.

For weaving the edge point 32 of the rod from one end and insert it into the stand next to racks. Insert the bars should as far as possible. Better to do it with an awl, which pre-plan the passages for the rods.

Then appetite edge method "path". Resulting from the inserted rods in pairs stand, bend, height of bend over the woven edge of the stand support equal to 40 mm. the ends of the bent struts secure with a clothespin for linen. Tuck the ends of the latter racks and trim the ends of all racks from the back side of the stand.

Large stand

You will need:
10 thick bars with a length of 200 mm for the frame;
40 rods in length by 300 mm in the edges;
thin rods for weaving.

Make the d-pad, similar to above, but consisting of bars, five bars in each. Appetite the d-pad double - way "twisting", then slide the bars in the following sequence: a pair of rods, one rod, a pair of bars, etc. Appetite them, making four rows. Then break all the bars. Continue weaving until the base diameter of the stand will not be equal to 125 mm. Add a third bar and do three more series.

Weave large stand finish similar to the weaving medium.

Little stand

You will need:
6 bars of medium thickness with a length of 100 mm for the frame;
24 rod of length 300 mm of the curb;
a fine vine for weaving.

Make a crosspiece frame, consisting of rails, three rods each. Appetite the d-pad double - way "twisting". Divide all the bars of the cross and continue stitching until the diameter reaches 60 mm. Add a third rod and another three appetite basis.

The edge of the stand, treat as described above.
